lighting, ceiling fans, and a tub

The final touches are being made on the lighting installation outdoors, including main porch lights and flood lights. Ceiling fans have been installed in most all rooms, and the master bath has been finished with a beautiful tub finally ready for soaking! Whoo hoo!

We had our trim work stained a weathered teak color, and we were excited that the tone works well with the wall colors.

Installing the flooring

Our wood flooring was installed last week. It looks wonderful!!! A curly, wormy maple flooring. Big thanks to Christopher Bower Woodworks for a beautiful job. We are hoping to see the final step installation and finishing of the floors in the next few days.

We have grass and a deck!

We know it's been a while since we put a new posting out here. We are sooooo sorry!!! Things have been happening so quickly, we can't keep up!

As you can see, we now have a lawn....a very green one! We've had to mow it 3 times already. Also, the back deck and steps have been completed. We chose steel ballustars instead of wood to maximize the view and give a lighter feel to the deck surround.
